Get Shredded Abs

How would you like to cut your body fat percentage down? What if I told you that you could even cut it in half? It’s true because I do the exact same thing every year. In fact, I just started doing this plan a couple of weeks ago. Every Winter I would get extremely out of shape. I didn’t have to worry about showing my body off at the beach so I became lazy.
I quit eating healthy and I quit working out. However, I panic every year around this time because I am still out of shape. That’s the last thing I want to be when Summer rolls around in a few months. So I developed a plan that gets me the same great results every year. Let me share it with you.
Exercise Step #1-
The first step is to envision what I want to look like in a few months. I paint a perfect picture in my mind as to what I want my body to look like. I think of how great the feeling is. I think of how people react to me and my great body. After I’ve done this I start writing down some goals. I create detail oriented goals to make my dream a reality. Make sure your goals all have a deadline.
Exercise Step #2-
The next step is to get my diet back on track. You have to be eating the right foods if you ever want to see your six pack. You can do this by following a simple plan. Every week I’ll take one bad meal out of my diet and replace it with a healthy meal. After a few weeks of doing this I am eating healthy on nearly every meal. You need to eat right at least 80% of the time if you ever want to see your abs.

Exercise Step #3-
The last step I need to follow is to get back in shape. After a long winter lay off it can be a difficult thing to do. So just like I do with my eating plan, I take things slowly and gradually work up to where I want to be. I like to pick an activity that I can do that will burn a lot of calories. I do this because I don’t want to jump right onto a treadmill. In my case I like to play basketball because I burn the same amount of calories and I have a great time doing it.
