It’s time to quit feeling sorry for yourself every time you look in the mirror. I know how it feels because I used to do the exact same thing. I would point out of the flaws of my body and get depressed. After a while doing this I got fed up and started to make a change. Unfortunately, I quit my journey because I became so overwhelmed with everything.
After a while I started up again and tested a bunch of different things. I realized that there were only a few things you could really do to see success in your body transformation. I’d like to share them with you right now. Although these tips might seem unconventional they’re guaranteed to work.

Rick Now that you have a plan it’s time to get organized. Getting everything organized is one of the great keys to losing weight and creating a nice body. Every Monday I follow the exact same process. I write down each of the meals I am going to eat for the week. After I am finished I go out and buy the food that I need for the meals. Then I’ll write down what days I am going to workout and at exactly what time. Being organized like this will keep you on the right track.
